How to apply the offer
The offer is visible throughout the booking process and does not require the entry of a discount code.
On the offer calendar page, you can see the days when the offer is available by selecting the filter on the left, as shown in the image below.
During the booking process, if the offer has been applied, it will be displayed in the booking summary on the right hand side of the page.
Rules of validity:
- The discount is automatically applied to the deck passage fare (any cabins or recliners must be paid ) for one adult passenger per ticket, less taxes, surcharges and other fees;
- To qualify for the discount, an adult must book at least one second paying adult on the same ticket;
- Booking must be made between 09/05/2024 until 12/05/2024, for Tirrenia Sicily from 09/05/2024 to 30/09/2024, Genoa-Porto Torres-Genoa and Civitavecchia-Olbia-Civitavecchia from 01/06/2024 to 30/09/2024. Subject to availability of seats reserved for the initiative on the scheduled dates
- The discount will only be applied to the purchase of TIRRENIA tickets;
- The discount can only be applied to tickets issued by name;
- The discount is only applied to a new booking, not to a rebooking;
- Offer does not apply retroactively;
- If the paying adult cancels, the discount for the first adult is also automatically forfeited. The fare applicable at the time of rebooking will then be applied;
- If the ticket is cancelled or rebooked, the discount will also automatically expire;
- The discount can be combined with all special offers and vouchers from Tirrenia, but not with offers or discount codes from other operators, with group fares or for special arrangements;
- The ticket can be rebooked and rebooking fees will be charged in accordance with the general conditions of carriage;
- In the event of a change, a 100% surcharge will be applied to the ticket for all categories added in the same booking process and the fare available at the time of the change will be applied;
- In the event of cancellation, cancellation charges equal to the full value of the ticket will apply. This regime automatically extends to all categories added within the same reservation process;
- Should the port staff find any discrepancies in the reservation in relation to the conditions present at embarkation, the discounted ticket will be cancelled at a charge and a new ticket must be purchased at the full daily price.
