In accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 679/2016 (General Data Protection Regulation), we inform you that sending an e-mail or using any of the other means of communication proposed on this site will result in the processing of your personal data, as appropriate change and differentiate the content and reason of your message. The data controller is Compagnia Italiana di Navigazione S.p.A., which processes them only for the purpose of processing and responding to your request in the best possible way. According to Article 6 (1) (b), the legal basis of the processing in question is the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the person concerned. Your information will only be stored for the required period of time, but not longer than twenty-four months from receipt of your request (unless otherwise required by law). The provision of your personal information is voluntary, but if you do not provide sufficient information, we will not be able to fully or partially comply with your request. Under no circumstances will your information be disclosed, but we will inform you that it can be shared with third parties who provide certain services on behalf of the data controller to ensure the proper implementation of those purposes.

Current legislation gives the interested party many rights, including the right to ask the data controller to access the data and to request the correction or deletion of the same or the restriction of the data processing that concerns them or to oppose the processing. He also has the right to transfer data and the right to file a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority.
